Volume and Precision Define Dr. Andrew Jacono’s Facelift Practice

Results from the procedure last 12 to 15 years, roughly twice as long as standard SMAS facelifts, and patients including fashion designer Marc Jacobs and fellow surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif have publicly chosen Dr. Jacono for their own procedures.

The incisions themselves reflect the same precision. Measuring roughly a third the length of those used in conventional facelifts, they remain hidden behind the ear or along the hairline, allowing patients to wear their hair pulled back with no visible sign of surgery, even after thousands of procedures performed under the same method.

High volume alone does not guarantee quality, but combined with published outcomes and a technique built on preserving anatomical structure, it helps explain why this approach continues to set the pace for facelift surgery.
