Michael Polk Appointed Interim CEO of Implus Corporation

In a recent leadership transition, Implus Corporation has announced the appointment of
Michael Polk as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Michael Polk, a seasoned executive in the consumer products sector, steps into this role
following the departure of Seth Richards and Todd Vore. The company
acknowledges the significant contributions of Richards and Vore over their decades-long tenure. 

“Implus has experienced tremendous growth for over two decades under the leadership of Seth
and Todd,” stated Dave Bordeau, Chairman of the Implus Board of Directors.
“We are excited to have Michael Polk join us as we embark on the next phase of our growth.” 

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Implus, he served as
the President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His extensive career
also includes leadership roles at Unilever, Kraft, and The Procter & Gamble Company. Currently, Polk is a member of the Boards of
Directors of Colgate-Palmolive and Logitech International. 

Polk’s educational background is equally impressive. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School
and an undergraduate degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
